After you take the initial impression, we can treatment plan together with you and the patient to establish the desired outcome before the surgical planning even takes place. After we create the radiographic guide, the patient gets the CT scan, we surgical plan, you approve it, and we have a surgical guide made and we can have the restoration waiting to be placed.
